Our Pain Free Running Process

Recover
Injury Assessment and Running Analysis that includes running specific mobility and muscle endurance testing. We start with shoring up weak areas while we work on calming down your pain, and keeping you fit through comfortable runs if you can tolerate it, and other conditioning alternative if you can't.

Rebuild
In the Rebuild phase, we focus on building muscle and strength in the areas you need it most.
This is where we start to dial in running technique for those that need it, including introducing plyometrics and power to improve running efficiency.

Perform
Building you back to your normal amount of running, and beyond, is our main goal in the Perform phase.
We are looking to continue building our springs and strength for running efficiency, and help you dial in your programming and recovery strategies to keep you running for the long term.
Your path to performing pain-free

1
Book an Initial Assessment
At the Initial Assessment we will go through your injury background, symptoms, and goals for return to running. This is followed by a comprehensive physical exam looking through full body mobility, strength, and coordination to determine our best starting point to get you running as quickly as possible.
3
Return to Performance
Return to running with confidence, knowing that you put in the work and you have a body that is ready to do what you need. You will leave our care understanding how YOUR body best responds to training, how strength training fits into your endurance training schedule, and when to see the signs of injury before they happen.
