SIMONE GALNA MPT

She/Her/Hers

Physiotherapist

Simone is a Physiotherapist who bridges the worlds of orthopedic rehab, pelvic health, pilates, and strength training. She is passionate about helping individuals of all fitness levels move with confidence — from those rebuilding after injury to seasoned athletes striving for performance gains.

She also works with individuals preparing for pregnancy, delivery, and the postpartum period, helping them stay strong and confidently return to the activities they love.

Based in Victoria, BC, Simone brings curiosity, precision, and a performance-driven mindset to helping clients overcome complex or persistent injuries and setbacks. She especially enjoys working with strength athletes, runners, and those new to fitness, blending her clinical expertise with her own diverse athletic background.

Simone grew up playing a variety of sports, including soccer and volleyball, competed as a rower in high school and university, has trained for local half and full marathons, and now trains and competes as a powerlifter. This range of experience gives her a well-rounded understanding of both endurance and strength performance.

At the heart of her approach is empowerment through education. Simone believes lasting results come from understanding your body, moving intentionally, and taking an active role in your recovery.

Outside the clinic, you’ll find her lifting heavy, running, practicing pilates, learning a new skill, or jumping in the ocean! — living the same principles she shares with her clients through an active, balanced lifestyle.
