MEGHAN ERBES
Registered Physiotherapist
She/Her/Hers
Meghan Erbes is a dedicated physiotherapist whose passion for movement and wellness shapes the way she practices. Meghan holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from North Dakota State University and a Master's degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Manitoba.

During her time at North Dakota State, Meghan was a 4-year starter on the NCAA Division 1 Women’s Soccer Team. This experience shaped her understanding of the physical demands and rehabilitation needs of athletes firsthand. Today, she channels this experience into her practice, bringing an empathetic and informed perspective to patient care.

What sets Meghan apart is her specialized focus on the older adult population. Holding an ICE Certified Specialist credential in this area, she has committed to extensive continuing education to best serve and understand the unique needs of aging bodies. Her dedication ensures that each client receives personalized, compassionate care aimed at enhancing their quality of life.

In the clinic, Meghan is known for her holistic approach, seamlessly integrating her exercise background, manual therapy skills, and educational insights to address a spectrum of concerns. Whether her clients are seeking relief from pain, aiming to enhance daily function, or striving to boost athletic performance, Meghan is committed to helping them achieve their goals.

When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll likely find Meghan at the gym, spending time with friends, or (more likely) chasing her... spirited... toddler. Meghan Erbes isn’t just a physiotherapist—she's a passionate advocate for movement as a cornerstone of vibrant living at any age.
