ASSESS
Each persons care should be highly individualized. In order to create a plan that will be effective, we will take you through an assessment that includes a detailed history, as well as a full body movement analysis. This lets us know if limitations in other body areas may be impacting your pain or ability to perform

REDUCE PAIN
You want to feel good, and we want that for you too. Our first goal is to find ways to reduce your pain (if that's what brought you to us)... and then we work to keep it away.

PERFORM FOR LIFE
What makes Apollo Performance Therapy different? We don't stop at "good enough". Life is about so much more than avoiding pain, we want you to be able to LIVE. Everyone's performance goals look different. We're here for you if your goal is to run a marathon, throw 300 lbs overhead, get down on the floor to play with your grandkids, or keep up with your growing family.
